The Essentials are firm believers in tailoring partnerships to meet the unique needs of each school. In addition to our standard residency, some of our other programs have included:

• A ten session, eight week partnership with an English teacher at The Stevenson School, culminating in a serious of staged scenes and monologues from Macbeth, which students performed at a school-wide assembly
• At The Dalton School, three English classes spent 22 sessions reading, adapting, staging, designing and rehearsing the three plays of The Orestia culminating in a fully staged evening performance for the school community.
• Following a successful in-school performance at The Urban Assembly School for Law & Justice (SLJ), the students of the SLJ drama program rehearsed daily for one month in preparation to transfer their performance Off Broadway to The Kirk Theatre at Theatre Row.
